When I came here during a round trip through Andalusia in the mid 90s, I immediately fell in love with this beautiful region. After several holidays in Conil, El Palmar and Los Caños de Meca, in 1998 I set up the holiday rental agency Casa Andaluza. What started small in a corner of my living room in Munich, grew quickly and made us move to Conil in 2001.

Over the years, our selection has continually improved in quality: the popular, tried and tested properties remain in our catalogue, most of them for many years, whilst problematic accommodations have been removed. As you know, last year we convinced our house owners to lower their prices in view of the recession, and for 2011 we will keep this moderate level. If you send us your reservation before the end of the year, our "early-bird" discount will save you 3%. If you are a repeat customer, we will reward you with a 5% discount. In low and mid season, many accommodations are available at cheaper rates for low-season occupation. If you are a spontaneous and flexible traveller, you can help us to close the last minute gaps with a reduction of up to 20%.

3. Quality Control

To be sure that you find your holiday villa in a perfectly clean and tidy state with a good standard equipment, every year before the beginning of the season we submit all our properties to a strict quality control. Our maintenance personnel control the state of the property and its inventory on every change over to make sure that the standards are kept up during the holiday season.

As an accompaniment to your travel guide, in our information booklet you'll find, apart from the usual house rules, many recommendations for an enjoyable holiday: Eating out, day trips, sports & well-being, culture, regional information, maps...

8. Supplementary Service

If you arrive late, or on weekends, we can provide a shopping service with all you need for a dinner and breakfast. We have supplementary beds, cots, prams and child chairs or can deliver firewood.
