Included in the rental price are the following items:

• all running costs like electricity (normal consumption), water, gas, community charges etc. Only during the winter (November to March), heating costs like gas, excessive consumption of electricity and wood for chimney will be charged separately. The costs of air contitioning are not included.
• linen and towels: 1 set per person. Additional set: 7€/p. p.
• insurance for cancellation fees for up to 5 people. Last-minute prices and special offers do not include this insurance (+15€).
• delivery of the keys: according to the indications in the travel document, you will either be met directly at the property by the landlord, or, you will pick up the keys in our office in Conil. When the office is closed, you will find your keys in a safe box attached to the office of Casa Andaluza.

Extras

You can order the following extras together with your reservation, per transfer or credit card. Cash payment is only possible when you pick up the item at the office.

1. Child set

• cot, pram, chair: 40€/week, 60€/2 weeks
• cot + chair: 30€/week, 50€/2 weeks
• cot only: 20€/week, 30€/2 weeks
• pram only: 15€/week, 20€/2 weeks
• chair only: 15€/week, 20€/2 weeks

Price includes delivery to the house, set up and bed sheets. If you pick up and drop off these items at our office, we will refund 5€ each way.

2. Extra bed: 10% of the house rental, min. 70€/week or 120€/2 weeks. Will be delivered to the house / apartment, together with bed sheets and towels.

3. DVD-Player: 2,50€/day or 15€/week (price for pick up and return to our office) 30€ deposit.

4. Gas ovens and electric heaters: 25€/week. The ordered items will be delivered to the property. Price includes consumption of gas or electricity. If you stay longer: you only will be charged 10€ delivery service + your electricity consumption. In case of gas heaters, you pay 25€ for the delivery of the heater with a full gas bottle. 

5. Air conditioning and electric fans: please check on the property description if air conditioning is available for the villa. The remote control for the air conditioning is available at our office. Supplement: 25€/week. Electric fan: 15€/week, 25€/2 weeks.

6. Intermediate cleaning, change of linen and towels: cleaning: 2hs = 30€, 3hs = 40€, 4hs= 50€, 5hs = 60€. Additional linen and towels 7€ per person.

7. Babysitting: 10€/h. This service is not always available.

8. Shopping service: basic stock of food and beverages will be purchased the day of your arrival and deposited in your accommodation (spaghetti dinner, breakfast, fruit, wine, beer, juice, yogurt, cheese, ham, milk, bread, water). 2 people = 50€, each additional person +5€.

9. Taxi transfer: from Jeréz airport to Conil or your property and vice versa. For price information and reservation, please call the office.

10. Logs for woodburner: 1 week 40€ (aprox. 125 kg), 2 weeks 60€ (aprox. 250 kg), 4 weeks 100€ (aprox. 500 kg)

11. Internet per usb wifi modem: 1GB, 3MB upload, 7MB download. 5€/day, pick up at the office.

12. Bicycle rent: high standard Stevens citybikes. 9€/day, >3 days 7€/day, 1 week 35€. Only big frames.

Free of charge

• holiday library: pick your book from the shelves in our office and return when you have finished. We also have a small collection of DVDs and some family games you can borrow.
• wifi zone: in our visitor corner you can confirm your flights and check your emails.
• ticket reservation for whale watching, bodega visit, royal horse school, flamenco and horse shows, good advice and cordial treatment by the team of Casa Andaluza
