Alcornocales is a beautiful holiday villa built on 2 floors in quiet location close to the sports centre of Conil, with nice views over the countryside.
Location: The holiday villa is in a tranquil residential street in the proximities of the public swimming pool and the sports facilities of the town. The well sorted supermarket Mercadona is very close and in only 10 Minutes you walk to the marvellous sandy beach of La Fontanilla.
Outside: The 400sqm plot is completely fenced in, with walls on 3 sides, but a mixed, blossoming hedge on the rear, where you enjoy wide views over a mainly unspoilt, green area. There is a covered, half-round terrace overlooking the garden on ground floor, whilst the terrace on 1st floor is sunny and with stunning panoramic views. There is parking for 2 cars in the entrance.
Inside: The villa is built
with solidity and good quality material, offering an excelent
climate, and keeping humidity out in winter. Alcornocales is
equipped to a high standard and has a harmonic atmosphere.
On ground floor are the 2 bedrooms, one with 160x200cm bed and large bathroom with bath en-suite; the other with 140x190cm bed. There is a second, smaller bathroom with shower and a chamber with sofa-bed (140cm). All bedrooms have air condition/heating.
The first floor is an open-plan living room with dining place for 4 people and a modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and electric oven. There is a seating corner with sofa and easy chairs, wood burning stove and satellite-TV (ASTRA: mostly German channels, but with some English news and sports channels).
Below the staircase is a small chamber for cleaning products and storage of suitcases.
