The holiday apartment Balcón del Palmar offers tranquility and panoramic views, as well as a communal swimming pool.

Situation: The apartment forms part of the residential area Rio Salado, set in the new quarters in the east of Conil. A 5 minutes ride takes you to the marvellous beaches of Conil or El Palmar, and several supermarkets or the market quarter of Conil are at 10-15 minutes walking distance. It is a tranquil location, away from the hustle and bustle from the center.

Equipment and furnishing: Living room with comfortable corner sofa and dining area. The kitchen is seperate and small, but fully fitted with dishwasher and electric oven. There are three bedrooms, two double (140cm) and one twin, and two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms.

Terrace: The 10sqm terrace faces south, overlooking the pool area, the beach of El Palmar and, on clear days, you can see the African coast. Furnished with a wooden set of seats and tables and two sunbeds.

Parking: there is private parking in the garage of the estate.
