Baluarte offers a phantastic roof terrace with panoramic beach views, high comfort and style.
The holiday home Baluarte is a renovated town house which pairs style and charm with comfort and offers stunning views from the 40m2 roof terrace.
Surroundings: Set in the romantic fishermen's quarter of Conil, it is close to the beach as well as to restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops. There are only a few cars passing through the narrow streets of the old town, so you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of being in the heart of the town.
The property:
The house stretches over three floors:
On ground level is a small, cosy living room with two comfortable
sofas and fireplace, where you can enjoy a glass of Rioja by the
open fire, if you stay in Conil during the colder months. The
kitchen has a breakfast corner and is well equipped with brand new
utensils.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms: a spacious one with 105cm twin
beds, the second a double with a 150cm mattress and the third small
with a bunk bed. There is a large bathroom with bath.
The second floor consists of a marvellous studio, full of light
with a large glass front opening to the roof terrace. The studio
has a comfortable brick-built sofa and is decorated with Moorish
accessories, giving it an oriental flair, whilst the walls form a
gallery of Hollywood movie stars from the 40s and 50s. On the roof
terrace you can enjoy the Andalusian sun in total
privacy and the most fantastic views over the town, the beach
and the ocean. Relaxing on the cushioned stone benches, you are
protected from the wind and have privacy to sunbath or
for siesta under the extendable sunshades.
Baluarte is one property which we recommend
with a clear conscience for a winter stay too: it is well equipped
with radiators and low energy heaters and duvets.
In summer, ceiling fans cool down the temperature in the lounges
and bedrooms.
Note: If you are a group of 6, you have to take into account that
the breakfast corner of the kitchen is quite small and there
is only 1 bathroom.
In the narrow streets, it is sometimes difficult to find a parking space.

Compulsory charge 80€ for final exit cleaning + 7.50€ per person for linen and towels.
10% small party discount (max. 2 people) in all seasons except summer season. Not applicable for long-term-rentals.
Supplement for 5th and 6th guest: 10% per person.
