Situation: The apartment forms part of the residential area Rio Salado, set in the new quarters in the east of Conil. A 5 minutes ride takes you to the marvellous beaches of Conil or El Palmar. Several supermarkets are at less than 10 minutes walking distance. It is a tranquil location with great views over the beach of El Palmar, away from the hustle and bustle from the center.

Equipment and furnishing: light-fooded rooms, furnishing of high standard, and tasteful, restraint decoration. The living space spreads on 3 floors:
Ground floor: open plan living room with integrated kitchen. Living room with comfortable corner sofa, dining area and direct access to the terrace. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower. 
1st floor: double bedroom (150cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (bathtub), a twin bedroom and a bathroom (shower).
2nd floor: second twin bedroom.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Spaces outside: South facing terrace on the ground floor with wooden desk and chairs overlooking the area of El Palmar - on clear days you can see Africa on the horizon. 
The roof terrace offers the most fantastic panoramic views. It is furnished with a big round moroccan table with mosaik display, a set of corresponding seats and grill.
There are several sunbeds for the lower and the upper terrace.

You have access to communal pool of the housing development Río Salado, to which Casa Felicidad belongs.

Parking: There is suficient parking space on the street.

Pets are not allowed.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schon und voll ausgestattet, keine Beanstandungen. Tolle Terasse zum Frühstücken und die Dachterrasse zum Entspannen nach den Ausflügen. Das einzig Störende waren die überall vorhandenen Duftspender die komische Geräusche machten unsere Nasen etwas überfordert haben.

Alles wie erwartet
Sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich gut erholen kann. Eine zweite Liege für die Dachterrasse wäre nicht schlecht und die Möglichkeit, auch Strandhandtücher auszuleihen. Gut ausgestattete Küche und vor allem viele Kleiderbügel :-) Auch die Lösung mit den Überwürfen für die Sitzmöbel fanden wir sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
