Location: The house is at only 10 minutes walk from the marvellous sandy beach. Also the old town and the commercial center of Conil with shops, supermarkets and market hall are at less than 5 minutes walk.

livingroom with diner and kitchen (washing machine), and bathroom
with bath. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, one with 140cm bed, the
other with 120cm bed.
On 2nd floor is a small attic room with sofa-bed and access to the furnished roof terrace, equipped with sunshade and panoramic views over Conil.
On the upper terrace is the 3rd bedroom with a single bed.
