Los Frailes A is a 75 sqm, well illuminated maisonette apartment set in a tranquil alley in the heart of Conil.

The apartment is on 1st and 2nd floor of a typical small town Andalusian town house.

On the lower level is a open plan lounge-diner-kitchen with sofa-bed and a bathroom with bath. Large french doors connect the living room with a balcony, which occupies the entire length of the house. On the same level is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

A lovely tiled staircase leads up to the 2nd bedroom on the attic, with an oak panelled floor. There is an inbuilt shower room and a glass front opening up to a colourfully decorated roof terrace. Equipped with 2 loungers and a group of seats, you can enjoy the Andalusian sun and have meals al fresco with stunning views ofer the roofs of Conil and the sea. There is combined air condition / heating which works with coins.

The name Huerta de los Frailes indicates that in former times, the area close to the town gate Puerta de la Villa of Conil was the kitchen garden of a monastery. Now, this place has been converted into a labyrinth of narrow alleys, some of them less than a metre broad, ending in beautiful Andalusian patios, like the one which forms the access to our apartments named Frailes.
The colourful coordinated rooms and the good taste of the owner contribute to the pleasant atmosphere of these holiday apartments.
Note: Solar energy for hot water. Parking in the centre is difficult.

Gute, ruhige Wohnung in zentraler Lage.
Kleine Einschränkungen und Verbesserungswünsche: Ein Handlauf an den Treppen ist m.E. erforderlich. Die Wohnung wurde sauber übergeben. Es ist jedoch sinnvoll, wenn zumindest Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel schon vorhanden wären. Das Besteck und Geschirr müsste für 4 Personen ergänzt werden. Der Flaschenöffner/Korkenzieher taugt nichts. Eine Aufhängung der Markise an der Wand ist offen (Rolle kann rausrutschen).
