Set in a car free alley, it is an ideal accommodation to enjoy tranquility and relax with stunning views over the beach of El Palmar. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths.
The apartment is on 1st and 2nd floor of a typical 2-storey town house and has a private 30 sqm roof terrace, furnished with 2 sunbeds and a set of table and chairs and a wooden pergola for out-doors meals in the shadow. From here you enjoy phantastic views over Conil and the beach of El Palmar.
On 1st floor is an independent apartment of 60 sqm consisting of
a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, small living room, bedroom
with 150 cm double bed and bathroom with shower. The hallway is
equipped with air condition which cools the whole apartment from
it´s central position.
The twin bedroom and a small bathroom with shower are on 2nd floor, next to the before mentioned roof terrace. It has a TV (Spanish programms), a small heater and a fan.
During peak season (July and August), the apartment is only available with both bedrooms. In mid and low season, it is possible to rent only the apartment on 1st floor (without the upstairs bedroom).
The area "Huerta del Fraile" is a small labyrinth of narrow car free alleys the very center of Conil, framed by pot plants providing a typical Andalusian village flair. It is an ideal location to enjoy relax and tranquility, with beach, shops and a large gastronomic variety in a few minutes walk.
It is difficult to find parking in the center of Conil. We recommend to use one of the public parking places of Conil.

Compulsory extra charge for exit cleaning 60€ for the apartment + 20€ for the room upstairs if used. Linen & towels 7€ per person.
During peak season, the apartment is rented only as a whole (with 2 bedrooms). In all other seasons it is possible to rent only the apartment on 1st floor, or the apartment + 2nd bedroom with a supplement. Our price calculator shows you the exact price according to occupation.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die oberen Zimmer und die Terrasse sind nur über ein öffentliches Treppenhaus erreichbar. Da sonst niemand im Haus war, was dies aber für uns ok.
