Small kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave; 3 bedrooms: 1 with double bed and wardrobe, 1 with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe and mirror, 1 with 2 single beds and wardrobe. 1 large bathroom with bath tub and bidé. 

Exterior:
Huge rooftop terrace (50 sqm) with panoramic sea views. Seating corner with small glass table, shaded by a wooden pergola; big round dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds.

Surroundings:
Set in the romantic fishermen's quarter of Conil, it is close to the beach as well as to restaurants, bars and all kinds of shops. There are only a few cars passing through the narrow streets of the old town, so you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of being in the heart of the town.

Parking:
Close to the beach, in Calle Paseo del Atlantico - it is difficult to find parking space in the narrow streets of the village.

Compulsory charge 80€ for final exit cleaning + 7.50€ per person for linen and towels.

Prices valid vor occupation of 4 people. 10% small party discount (max. 2 people) in all seasons except summer months, and not applicable for long-term-rentals. Additional guests + 10% per person, until the maximum occupation of 6 is reached.

We loved it!

A very nice flat, centrally located in Conil, shops and restaurants as well as the beach are within easy reach. Good kitchen euqipment, large roof terrace.
