Ground floor: spacious living room full of light, with 2 sofas and dining area, with large sliding glass door to the terrace, equipped with air condition, wifi and satellite TV.Separate, fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven, guest WC.
First floor: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC; triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed; guest room with sofa-bed (135cm); 2nd bathroom with double sink, bath/shower/WC.

Spaces outside: 40 sqm fenced terrace/patio with big round glass table, 4 chairs, sunbeds and parasol, direct access to the communal pool; Furnished roof terrace with set of out door seats and parasol; Balcony on the first floor overlooking the communal pool, access from both matrimonial and double bedroom.

Parking: There is secure parking for 1 car inside the complex. Parking on the street available.
