This apartment has been recently refurnished and equipped with brand new furniture. It is spacious inside and outside, with a completely private terrace.

Outside areas: On ground floor is a small patio, protected from wind and sun. Furnished with table and chairs, it is an ideal place for meals al fresco. The large terrace (approx. 50 sqm) is on 1st floor. It is equipped with chairs and table, sunshade, 2 loungers and a barbecue. Surrounded by walls on 3 sides, it is sheltered from the famous Levante wind (a frequent wind, typical for the Costa de la Luz, blowing hot from south-east).

Inside: On ground floor is a spacious open-plan living room with sofa and easy chairs, a dining area for 6 people and a modern kitchen, which gives access to the patio. There are 2 double bedrooms and a single one, as well as a bathroom with shower. An open staircase leads up to the upper floor. This floor consists of a multi-purpose hall with a group of wicker furniture and a utility storage area hidden behind a curtain. A large glass door leads to the terrace.

There is aircon in the living room and in the large bedroom.

Surroundings: The apartment is in an area of Conil which hasn´t been invaded yet by tourism. There are several small shops nearby, such as a grocery, shops selling fruits & vegetables, fresh fish and a butcher, and also some bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Conil is at less than 5 minutes walk. If you prefere a more secluded beach, you just have to cross the Rio Salado on the bridge and walk for some minutes to find a loney spot for a seamless tan.
