The holiday house La Penultima is a generously laid-out town house with a private Andalusian patio and roof terrace.
Surroundings: The house is set on a narrow, tranquil street, between the old town and the fishermen's quarter of Conil. The broad, sandy beach Playa de Los Bateles is only 5 minutes away, and there is a good choice of restaurants, cafés or shops a few minutes walk away.
Patio and roof terrace: On hot summer days, you can find a shaded place under the sun roof of the Andalusian patio, decorated with many pot plants, listening to the refreshing splash of the fountain. If you are looking for sun and views, there is a large roof terrace, furnished with a set of chairs and table and 4 loungers, and a small look-out tower with fitted benches and table offering a panoramic view over Conil, the beach and the sea.
Inside area: On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a large glass door opening to the patio. It is furnished with sofas and easy chairs around the open fire and a wooden dining area for 6. The kitchen offers good storage and work space and is equipped with a gas fire and electric oven. An open staircase in the lounge leads up to the 1st floor, with 2 twin bedrooms, a large bathroom with independent bath and shower and a separate WC cabin. There is an independent toilet too. There is no spanish TV.
Note: There is no space for parking in the narrow streets of the centre. It's best to leave the car parked on the Paseo Maítimo or enquire about the availability of subterranean parking in the neighbourhood.
