Situation: The apartment forms part of the residential area Rio Salado, set in the new quarters in the east of Conil. A 5 minutes ride takes you to the marvellous beaches of Conil or El Palmar. Several supermarkets are at less than 10 minutes walking distance. It is a tranquil location with great views over the beach of El Palmar, away from the hustle and bustle from the center.

Equipment and furnishing: Friendly and colourful furnishing and decoration with a sense of taste and high standard. The living space spreads on 3 floors:
On ground floor: living room with comfortable corner sofa and dining area, separate and fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven, bathroom with shower. Living room and kitchen open to the wooden terrace and the small garden with palm trees.
On 1st floor there is a double bedroom (150cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower), a twin bedroom and a bathroom (bath).
The other twin bedroom is on 2nd floor and there is also a small open space which can be used as an office.

Spaces outside: South facing terrace with wooden desk and chairs overlooking the area of El Palmar - on clear days you can see Africa on the horizon. The small garden is covered with white pebbles and has 2 coconut palms.
The roof terrace offers the most fantastic panoramic views. It is furnished with a big moroccan table with mosaik display, a comfortable wooden bench and a set of seats. There are several sunbeds for the lower and the upper terrace.
You have access to communal pool of the housing development Río Salado, to which La Turquesa belongs.

Parking: There is suficient parking space on the street.

Pets are not allowed.

Liebes Team von Casa Andaluza, wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim zweiten Mal war es jetzt fast wie nach Hause kommen. Nur die Handtuchsituation bitten wir zu überdenken, da doch zumindest an jedem Waschbecken der drei Bäder ein Handtuch für die Hände sein sollte. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Great location,view,well equipped and comfortable

Ideal location with only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Conil. Fantastic view from both the lower back porch and the upper terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Nice having shower plus bathtub options. Owners quite helpful with suggestions for tapas/restaurant's from Vejer, Seville, Cadiz, Jerez, Conil and the country side. They also picked up a outside grill for us which we used quite frequently. We had a small plumbing problem which was fixed the same day. great service from Casa Andaluza that has friendy professional staff.

Das Casa Turquesa ist ein mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Reihenhaus mit wunderbaren Blick an klaren Tagen bis zur afrikanischen Küste. Alles zum täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden, bei Nachfragen oder kleinen Nachbesserungen ist die Agentur sofort für den Gast da, sodass unbeschwerte Urlaubstage garantiert sind. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz innen und verfügt über eine große Dachterrasse. Am Pool, der über eine Treppe hinterm dem Haus zu erreichen ist, hätten wir uns mehr Schattierung und Liegen gewünscht. Aber das nur als Anregung, denn eigentlich gibt es wirklich nichts zu klagen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, wenn man an die Strände fahren oder die Gegend erkunden möchte Wir kommen gerne wieder.
