The spacious living room has high ceiling and consists of a sitting area next to a large window. It has a large flat screen TV connected to Astra-Satellite (recieving mostly German programs and some English news channels) as well as Spanish TV over antenna. The dining area has a set of table and chairs of 6. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dish washer, microwave, electric oven and glass ceramic hob, and a small utility room with washing machine. The front patio is a perfect place to spend your day outdoors, either in the sun or under the sunshade. On ground floor is also a twin-bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
First floor: The master bedroom has a 160 x 200cm bed, a glass wall overlooking the living room, an ensuite bathroom with bath and a dressing room. The other 2 bedrooms are double, sharing a bathroom with shower. An open staircase leads up to an roof terrace (yet unfurnished).
Surroundings: The apartment is situated in the commercial area of Conil. Within a 5 minutes walk you can find a good choice of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, and also the market hall, where you can buy fresh products from the area. Also the great sandy beach Los Bateles, where you can enjoy brilliant sunsets, can be reached by a 15 minutes walk.
