Inside: With 60sqm, Casa Nena provides enough space for 2 - 4 guests offering a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Thanks to a glazed balcony, the living room is flooded with light. Equipped with sofas, a dining corner, aircondition and flatscreen-TV including satellite-TV (ASTRA, mostly German and international news channels). Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, an electric oven and washing machine and a bathroom with shower. Wifi available in all areas.
Surroundings: This location is just one block away from Los Bateles Beach and only a stone´s throw from the historic center of Conil where you will find a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Fresh fish/seafood, meat, fruits and vegetables can be bought at the local market that is only 10 min. away by foot.
Winter rentals: Casa Nena is very recommendable for winter rentals, too: double glass windows, low consumption heating in the living room and additional heater for bedroom and bathroom, duvets available.

In high season (1.7. - 31.8.): we rent only for full weeks or half months, being check-in day either saturday or sunday.
Small dogs admitted (max. 10 kg, 30€ extra charge).
Long-term-rental in winter:
- 10% discount on rental price for 2 weeks
- 15% for 3 weeks
- 20% for 4 weeks or more.

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem relativ großen Balkon und Blick aufs Meer. Ideal für zwei Personen. Wir konnten den Schlüssel für die Wohnung bereits um die Mittagszeit abholen, was für den guten Service von casa andaluza spricht.
Sehr schöne, saubere und -für 2 Personen- geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand, in die Altstadt, zu Supermärkten und diversen Restaurants. Die Küche war, insbes. was Größe und Ausstattung anbelangt, zum "richtigen Kochen" gut geeignet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und eine ruhige, erholsame Zeit verbracht. Auch den deutschsprachigen Service von CASA ANDALUZA vor Ort haben wir als angenehm empfunden.
