Situated on second floor, this apartment has a balcony with fantastic views over the broad beach of the Atlantc. It is a perfect spot for your vacations.

Outside: Set next to the beach front, with great looks over the beach of Conil, the 8sqm balcony is furnished with a mosaic table and wicker chairs.

Inside: With 60sqm, Casa Nena provides enough space for 2 - 4 guests offering a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Thanks to a glazed balcony, the living room is flooded with light. Equipped with sofas, a dining corner, aircondition and flatscreen-TV including satellite-TV (ASTRA, mostly German and international news channels). Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, an electric oven and washing machine and a bathroom with shower. Wifi available in all areas.

Surroundings: This location is just one block away from Los Bateles Beach and only a stone´s throw from the historic center of Conil where you will find a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Fresh fish/seafood, meat, fruits and vegetables can be bought at the local market that is only 10 min. away by foot.

Winter rentals: Casa Nena is very recommendable for winter rentals, too: double glass windows, low consumption heating in the living room and additional heater for bedroom and bathroom, duvets available.

Ideally located for guests who are seeking a beach holiday combined with cultural experiences in Conil.

In high season (1.7. - 31.8.): we rent only for full weeks or half months, being check-in day either saturday or sunday.

10% discount for small parties (max. 2 guests) in all seasons, except high season.

Small dogs admitted (max. 10 kg, 30€ extra charge).

Long-term-rental in winter:

  • 10% discount on rental price for 2 weeks
  • 15% for 3 weeks
  • 20% for 4 weeks or more.

Nette Wohnung in fantastischer Lage
Die absolut zentrale (und trotzdem ruhige) Lage im Ortszentrum, die sehr geringe Entfernung zum Strand und der Meerblick aus dem Wohnzimmer sowie vom Balkon sind fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist einfach aber vollständig ausgestattet. Das Wohnklima war im März zunächst etwas klamm und staubig, wurde aber nach einigen Tagen des Lüftens und Heizens besser (war vermutlich vorher länger unbewohnt). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Mitbewohner waren teilweise noch sehr spät zu hören. Wir würden diese Wohnung trotzdem gerne wieder wählen.

Entspannte Woche mitten in Conil
In einer einfachen aber gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir eine entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht. In wenigen Schritten ist man mitten im Ort und ebenso schnell am Strand. Der Balkon mit Blick zum Atlantik inkl. Sunset ist wahrhaftig der Pluspunkt überhaupt für diese Wohnung. Das Haus ist von der Front eher unansehnlich. In der Wohnung selbst kann man sich aber wohlfühlen. Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir gern über Casa Andaluza, vielleicht dann ein anderers Objekt.
