Beach apartment in top situation on the Paseo Marítimo of Conil. It has a furnished terrace with panoramic views.

Surroundings: The apartment complex Santa Barbara is on the beach promenade of Conil, next to the broad sandy beach Playa de los Bateles. The historic center of Conil as well as the commercial district with market hall and super markets is only a few minutes walk away. 

The apartment C is on 2nd floor and has 180º sea view.

Inside: Lounge-diner with sofa, easy chair, Sat-TV (English news-channels over ASTA satellite). Independent kitchen with electric oven and washing machine, recently renovated bathroom with shower. One bedroom with double bed (140 x 190cm) and window to the street, the other with twin beds and window to the patio. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

All rooms have ceiling fans.

High speed internet enables you to stream your favourite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

An ideal accommodation for the winter season, as the apartment is equipped with good heating and duvets.

We offer attractive rates for long stays during the winter months.

Gute Objekte, super Preise und guter Service!
Wir haben schon über div. Anbieter in Conil gebucht, sind aber jetzt zum zweiten Mal bei Casa Andaluza gelandet und werden auch dort bleiben. Ein Riesen-Vorteil ist das Büro vor Ort (Mo-Fr.), falls doch mal etwas sein sollte. Top (im Vergleich zu manch anderen): die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnungen. Wir sind begeistert und können diesen Anbieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!! Danke und Grüße
