Enjoy a perfect holiday right in the center of Conil in this comfortable, modern apartment with a 60 sqm terrace and panoramic views over the coastline.

Surroundings: Set next to El Punto, a key point in Conil's centre, this penthouse apartment is close to many restaurants, shops, bars and the old town of Conil, at only 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The property: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex and has a private parking in the communal garage. With elevator.

Inside: Open plan kitchen, living room and dining place with south facing French doors opening to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and brand new cooking appliances. There is a wooden dining place for 6 and two 3-seat sofas. Flat screen TV with satellite TV (ASTRA) and stereo system.

The 3 bedrooms are located in a separate wing: Two of them double (one with a comfortable sofa-bed, the other with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, both of them with direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is twin. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Both bathrooms have bath tub with shower, bidet and WC. The washmashine is in the shared bathroom.

The terrace is framing the apartment on the south and east side, offering phantastic views over the beach. On clear days you can even spot the African continent. It is furnished with a round wooden table which fits 6, several loungers and a barbecue.

Extra equipment: heaters for the cold season, supplementory bed for a 7th person (10% supplement).

Rental & Booking Information

Compulsory charge 105€ for final exit cleaning + 7.50€ per person for linen and towels.

In low and mid season, prices are valid for occupation of 4 people and there is a 10% small party discount (max. 2 people). Additional guests + 10% per person, until the maximum occupation of 6 is reached.

In high season, prices are valid for an occupation for 6, without low occupation discount.

Long term rental in winter: does not include costs for heating or cleaning, neither discounts for low occupation or last-minute.
