Terrace and garden: There are 2 terrace, one to the front, facing east and the main terrace to the rear with access to a nice private park with many large pine trees, which is shared among the terraced houses of the block. Equipped with table and chairs under the sunshade, decorated with large pot plants to lighten up the tiled patio with fresh green. There is also a barbecue and a hose with shower head.
The property is a semi-detached villa with 2 floors: ground floor with living-dining room and kitchen, 1st floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room has a sitting area next to the large french doors which open towards the rear terrace. It has an open fire place, large flat screen TV with smart function, where you can watch TV directly from the internet and a dining area. A ventilator helps to keep temperatures at a pleasant level in summer. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, glass ceramic hob and microwave.
The bedrooms on the upper floor: master bedroom with 150 cm bed and bathroom with small bath tub (2/3 normal size) and balcony overlooking the terrace and the park. The other double bedroom has a window to the street. The 2 single bedrooms have a second bed underneath the bed. The shared bathroom has a normal size tub and WC.
Surroundings: The well kept, green residential area of La Atalaya is set between the town and the hotel area at Fontanilla beach. There are many pine trees in the public and private parks of the area, providing shadow and freshness on hot summer days. The marvellous beach of La Fontanilla is a 5 minutes walk away and the commercial district of Conil with supermarkets, shops and market hall, where you can buy fresh products from the area is less than 10 minutes away. In the public Atalaya park you find a play ground and fitness park.
Note: well educated pets are admitted (no barking). The noise regulations in the neighbourhood are very strict, please keep your noise level low.
