The apartment is on 1st and 2nd floor of a typical 2-storey town house and has a private 40 sqm roof terrace with wooden pergola, furnished a set of table and chairs. In spring 2018, a chill out area with sun beds under a canvas sunshade will be added. From here you enjoy nice views over Conil and the beach.
The apartment is a maisonette occupying the 1st and 2nd floor. The main floor consists of a large open plan living room with corner sofa, dining area and kitchen. There is a bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and a bathroom with shower. The second double bedroom is on 2nd floor and is open towards the staircase, which leads also to the mentioned roof terrace.
The apartment has an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in Conil. Set in a car free narrow street in a touristically unspoilt area, you enjoy tranquility and at the same time proximity to the beach and the historic center. Close by you find typical small shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, as well as bars and restaurants.
It is possible to find parking at a few minutes walk from the apartment.
