El Castillo is a beautiful, elegant and well equipped holiday villa only 100m from the marvellous beach of El Palmar. An ideal place for those who are looking to relax on their vacation, enjoy comfort and a beautiful garden on one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.
From the balcony on the first floor you can enjoy a wonderfulsea view, which only a fewhouses in El Palmar can offer. The lovely garden is maintained with love and care: palm trees, cactus, flowers of all colours and a little goldfish pond will delight. On the front terrace, the sound of the waves can always be heard. The rear terrace is sheltered from the cooling Atlantic wind and shaded in the afternoons.
The villa is very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Spacious living room with sofas and open fire, massive table and chairs made of wood. The high ceiling is supported by dark wooden beams. The kitchen is separate and in the country style with oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads up to to a gallery on the first floor, furnished as a lounge with colonial style seats and a large French door opening to a balcony with a sea view. Main bedroom with double bed (150cm) and balcony with view. Bathroom with bath. In the intermediate level is a smaller bedroom with drawer bed (110 cm / 90 cm).
The decoration of the villa deserves a special mention, owing to
the owner's artistic sense and excellent taste. Pretty
paintings adorn the walls, romantic illumination is
provided by reading lamps and the country atmosphere is
completed by ceramic art and craft.
El Castillo is a highly recommended accommodation for the colder months too: there is a large open fire, several electric heaters and duvets for the beds.
A basement in the rear serves as a storage room with washing machine. There is parking for several cars at the rear of the estate.
