If you are looking for a tranquil and inexpensive holiday accommodation close to the faboulos sandy beach of El Palmar, Las Adelfas is the right choice.
The semi-detached villa is completely fenced in by walls, protecting the privacy of the renters. More than half of the plot is garden, with lawn and oleander bushes; the other part is paved, with parking space for 2 cars, and an area next to the brick made barbecue, wich can be used as a terrace.
There is a furnished porch for your out-doors meals and there are 2 sunbeds and a hammock at your disposal.
Equipment and furnishing is plain and simple, adecuate for a holiday home. There is a living room with sofa, dining table and a kitchen separate from the sitting area by a bar. It has a 2 fire ceramic hob, washing machine and a microwave oven. The 3 bedrooms are small: 2 with french size double beds (135 x 180-190cm) and the third with 2 single beds, and share a bathroom with shower.
The house is set on a large family estate on the Carril del Camping, at approx. 300m from the beach. The next shop is the supermarket at the camp site, but there is also a bigger supermarket to be found in El Palmar. On the beach road you have a broad choice of restaurants and bars, whilst in the unpaved Carril del Camping you find an inexpensive restaurant and a sandwich shop.
El Palmar is a popular place for surf, with many surf schools and equipment rental along the beach. But the flat beach is also ideal for a family holiday.

In low and mid season, rates are set for an occupation of 4 guests. There is a 10% discount for low occupation (3 or less guests), and an increase of 10% for the 5th and for the 6th guests.
