The villa is at the entrance of the exclusive residencial area Fuente del Gallo, at less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. It has a large garden with many fruit trees and a pool area with panoramic views.
Exterior: The estate is divided into fenced in pool area with tiled terrace and 10 m long swimming pool and a lovely garden with many fruit trees and flower beds. The terrace around the pool is sunny, but you will always find a place in the shadow under the fruit trees, on the small terrace with a grape vine pergola overlooking the pool area or on the protected porch.
There is parking space for 2 cars on the estate.
Interior: The villa is very spacious with large rooms, and sleeps up to 9 people, even though the owners prefer groups of up to 6 or 7 people.
Very spacious, light flooded living room with breakfast corner, dining area, sitting group with sofa and easy chairs, reading corner. The large, very well equipped kitchen is open towards the living room. Large windows give panoramic views over the countryside behind Fuente del Gallo.
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with 150cm double bed, the largest bedroom with twin beds joint together. The office is a passage room to the large bedroom. All beds have good quality mattresses. The villa has two bathrooms with shower and a separate guest toilet.
The villa is equipped with air condition (on demand, extra charge 25€/week), ceiling fans and central floor heatings. It has a large LCD-TV.
Surroundings: Baba Yaga is set on a quiet, residential street, next to other villas and with open land behind the villa. The beach is a 5-10 minutes walk away from the beach, 2 restaurants (El Roqueo, El Marinero) and a small supermarket, and also Conil can be reached in a 15 minutes walk.
