Residencial Playa Fontanilla is an exclusive villa area on the west of Conil de la Frontera, at only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There are supermarkets in walking distance, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil.

Communal area: Formed by approx. 50 terraced houses, the residential complex Playa Fontanilla has a large, fenced in swimming pool. The communal gardens are lush with mature, blossoming vegetation and also the individual gardens are well kept, with different shades of green and multicoloured flowers contrast to the white sobriety of the buildings.

Playa Fontanilla is a popular accommodation for families, offering a secure environment for children and posibilities to make friends.

Outside: Casa Luna is house nº 10, with south facing terraces and views over the communal pool area. There is a terrace downstairs with extensible sunshade and a small garden with artificial lawn and ornamental pot plants, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and a hammock. There is a terrace connected to the master bedroom on 1st floor and a roof terrace with panoramic views, with lounge furniture converted into a chill out area. Next to the kitchen is a small sheltered rear patio furnished with chairs and table.

Inside: Furnishing and decoration is modern with focus on comfort and functionallity.
Ground floor: Living room with 2 3-seat leather sofas and dining area for 6. Separate kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table, connected to a small storage room and giving access to a patio. Small guest toilet.
First floor: Master bedroom with 160cm double bed, TV, access to terrace overlooking the pool area, and en-suite bathroom with large shower cabin. Second bedroom with twin beds, the 3rd with single bed which can be converted into a 150 cm double bed. Bathroom with bath. The bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes.

High speed internet via cable with 100 MB. Centralized air condition combined with heating in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.

Note: owners do not admit groups of young people. No dogs allowed.
