This high standard villa is a dream becoming true: only a 5 minutes walk away from the splendid beach Playa Fontanilla, it has a private pool and a terrace with sea view.
The villa has a garden with a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by a sunny lawn and 4 sunbeds. Porch with a set of glass table and seats for 6 people. The terrace on 1st floor is equally equipped with table and chairs and offers stunning views over the coastline and the ocean.
The villa has been until recently been the private residence of the owner and therefore is equipped and furnished in a very personal style with a touch of luxury. The large hall forms the reception area and is beautifully illuminated by the coloured glass windows. The 35 sqm living room has a group of sofas and easy chairs around the open fire, a chaise-longue and a dining area for 6. The kitchen is very spacious with a large dining area, a small sitting corner at a fire place and is fitted to a very high standard. There is also a multipurpose room (office or additonal dormitory) on ground floor, and a small bathroom with WC and shower.
On 1st floor are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, and the master bedroom with 180 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with jaccuzzi and access to a terrace with sea view.
The marvellous Playa Fontanilla is a 5 minutes walk away. In less than 10 minutes walk you reach a supermarket and several restaurants. The commercial center of Conil, with its municipial market hall (the best address to buy fresh fish, meat and vegetables from local production) is 15 minutes walking time. It is a good spot to enjoy tranquility of a rural area, whilst not missing the urban infrastructure of Conil.
