This pool villa is a perfect holiday accommodation for all those who are looking for a combination of comfort, taste and tranquility - and only a 5 minutes walk away from the beach!
Exterior: The plot is on a slope, with the entrance area and the front garden forming the highest level. The garden is completely fenced in. The front garden is dominated by a big araucaria and has an entrance area tiled with natural stones. The pool (ca. 10x4m) is on the west side of the villa, surrounded by a terrace and there is a hot/cold outdoor shower. The rear garden with its dense lawn is on a lower level than the house and the terrace. For outdoor meals you dispose of a porch with a large table seating 8 people, framed by arcs and flower beds.
Interior: The villa has a warm, cozy flair and has a high standard equipment. Spacious living room with sofas and easy chairs, large flat screen TV and stereo system. The modern kitchen is separate, though open towards the living room and is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and a small breakfast corner. The master bedroom has a 150cm double bed and a bathroom with shower en-suite. There is a twin bedroom and a bedroom with drawer bed, and a second bathroom with shower. All rooms have a combined air conditioning with hot air blower and inbuilt wardrobes.
There is a attic room which is currently used as a studio.
Surroundings: The villa is in the heart of the elegant residencial area of Fuente del Gallo, at only 2km away from Conil. Next to the property is a pedestrian shortcut, which leads you in 5 minutes to the beach, or to the small supermarket and the restaurant of Fuente del Gallo.
