Villa Fiona combines aesthetics and comfort with a privileged location close to the sandy beach of Fuente del Gallo.
Outside: The professional care of the owner, an architect from Madrid, is keenly expressed in the sensitively created garden, the central feature of which is the flat mirrored surface of the pool. The results of his efforts can be seen in the flowing transitions: from the terraced subtropical garden area to the wooden pavilion with a barbecue area overlooking the pool and the extensive terrace. Large sliding doors join the terrace to the lounge. At night the garden is romantically lit by individually adjustable spots, which are covered by plants to soften the light. With the pool lights on, the garden is transformed into an enchanting place for tremendous barbecue evenings. Visual harmony is also found in the colour design of the garden: bougainvillea and other fuchsia coloured climbers grow up the wooden pillars of the pergola, whilst the wall opposite is adorned by blue flowers. Few houses appeal so much to the senses as Villa Fiona, providing a noticeable positive energy flow through aesthetics and harmony.
Inside: You wouldn't guess that Villa Fiona is a semi-detached villa. Only the back walls meet and the adjoining part is used only sporadically by the owner's family. The main colours in the lounge are light orange and white, contrasting with the dark wood of two large, round chairs, a ceiling fan in colonial Indonesian style and a beautiful, antique centre table. The homely atmosphere is completed by two big, comfortable sofas and pleasant illumination provided by table lamps. The main feature of the lounge are the above mentioned glass sliding doors, which look straight out over the pool. The simplicity of the dining area is complemented a large woven rush carpet that brightens up the terracotta floor. The kitchen is new and well equipped: glass ceramic hob, microwave with grill and dishwasher. The bedrooms are cosy: two twins with viscoelastic mattresses (90x 2 meter) on the ground floor and the master bedroom with a queensize bed with viscoelastic mattress on the first floor with sea views from the terrace. One bathroom on ground floor, the other en-suite with the master bedroom.
Location: Situated in the centre of the exclusive residential area of Fuente del Gallo, only a few metres away there is a path leading down to the sheltered beach below the cliffs. The small supermarket and the restaurant "El Marinero" are very close by.
Private parking in a private alley next to the villa.
