The living room is furnished in colonial Indochina style with a mix of antiques and new furniture, held in warm, light colours. 2 walls consist of large french doors, creating a fluid union between inside and outside. The kitchen is brand new and fitted with high standard equipment.
There are 2 bedrooms on ground floor: a master bedroom with 2 single beds united and a large french door to the terrace, and a smaller twin bedroom. There is also recently renovated bathroom with separated toilet.
On the 1st floor is another master bedroom with 160cm double bed and a bathroom en-suite. It connects to a terrace with pergola and nice panoramic views. All bedrooms have been recently equipped with new, high quality mattresses.
Surroundings: Situated in the elegant residential area of Fuente del Gallo, only a few metres away from the path to the sheltered beach below the cliffs. The small supermarket and the restaurant "El Marinero" are very close by.
The villa has a private parking next to the estate.
