Villa Las Torres are semi-detached twin houses, offering cofort in the exclusive environment of Fuente del Gallo, at 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The villas are outstanding, not only because of their modern architecture with clear lines, but also because of their high quality standards with all conveniences. 

Inside: on the ground floor is the living room, a well equipped open-plan kitchen, and a WC. On 1st floor you find 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom. On 2nd floor is a roof terrace, where you can sunbathe in privacy, perfectly sheltered from the wind. The washing machine is in the storage room on the roof. The rooms are relatively small, the furnishing bright and colourful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. A combination of air conditioning and central heating provides comfort throughout the year. 

Exterior: to enjoy sun or shade outdoors, you have several choices: a terrace connected to the living room, equipped with fine wooden furniture; a patio behind the kitchen and the already mentioned roof terrace, which offers a wide view over the area and of the sea up to the lighthouse of Roche; plus the large garden with its shady pine trees. 
Villa las Torres is a property we recommend especially to those who value a well-groomed atmosphere, close proximity to Conil and a good standard of equipment. Thanks to its excellent value for money, Villa las Torres is at the top of Casa Andaluza's clients' ranking list. Houses A and C are south facing.

Surroundings: Located in the exclusive residential area of  Fuente del Gallo near Conil, they are surrounded by villas with lush gardens and an almost tropical vegetation. Using a small footpath, the supermarket and restaurant are a stone´s throw away, as is the beach, sheltered by cliffs.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir kommen schon seit Jahren immer wieder gerne! Super Lage, nahe am Strand in schöner Wohngegend. Toller Garten! Doppelhaushälfte ist recht klein, aber gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.). Die Ausstattung ist mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ggf. sollte der Warmwasserboiler mal entkalkt werden, da das Wasser nicht mehr für mehrere warme Duschen nacheinander reicht

gepflegtes Haus und sehr schöner Garten
Das Haus hat eine Top-Lage in einem schönen Villenviertel, ca 5 Min. fußläufig zum Strand. Die hohen Pinien bieten auch einen angenehmen Schattenplatz. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, aber in Ordnung, wobei die Küche recht gut ausgestattet ist. Das Grundstück ist vollig eingezäunt, der Parkplatz liegt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und ist mit Automatiktor versehen. Ein kleiner Mangel ist die Hellhörigkeit, wenn die 2. Hälfte auch belegt ist. Da wir aber sehr nette Nachbarn hatten, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
