The property offers unspoilt views over the coastline and the Atlantic Ocean. Equipped to a high standard and decorated with taste and a personal touch, it is an excellent choice also for a long term stay in the colder season.

The Property:

Set on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, this completely refurbished flat disposes of excellent thermic insulation. The decoration is tasteful with a feminine touch, enhancing the impression of comfort and coziness. The glass front of the sitting room allowes to enjoy phantastic views over the Ocean and on clear days you can even spot the African coastline.

Living room with corner sofa forming the sitting-dining area. Corner with easy chairs at the glass front to enjoy the views. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. 2 bedrooms, one with 150 cm double bed, the other with drawer bed. Bathroom with shower.

There is parking on the street.

We recommend El Roqueo very much also for the colder season.

The Surroundings:

El Roqueo is the area between Conil (La Fontanilla) and Fuente del Gallo. The beach is 5 minutes away and a 10 minutes walk brings you to some of the supermarkets of Conil. There are 2 (high end) restaurants in the proximities. It is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday in tranquil surroundings, but with the town infrastructure in reach. Recomendable if you want to travel without car.

Pets are allowed.
