Feel at home in this welcoming cottage, located in tranquil surroundings between Conil and Roche. It has a large garden with mature trees and a fenced in swimming pool, at a 5 minutes drive from the beach.
Exterior area: The 1000 sqm plot is completely fenced in, with a well kept garden with dense lawn and mature trees. Porch with views to the front garden where you find natural shade under the wild olive trees. In the rear garden is a barbecue area with a canvas pergola. Fenced in swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with Roman steps.
Interior: Cozy atmosphere with rustic terracota floor and country style furnishing. Open plan living room with 2 sofas, dining area for 6 people, open fire place and kitchen. It is equipped with flat screen TV (you can see international channels connectig your mobile device via HDMI with the TV) and high speed internet. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The bedrooms are one double, the other twin, sharing a bathroom with bath.
Surroundings: The villa is on a paved road closed to the pine forest of Roche, where you find many tracks for walks or bicycle tours. There is a small "venta" (pub) opposite, where you can get simple meals and some shopping. The next beaches (Calas de Roche, Cala de Aceite) are a 5 minutes drive away.
The next supermarket is in El Colorado (7 minutes drive) or in Conil (10 minutes by car).
