Surroundings: the property is on a private track, at 2 km from Conil and 3 km from the marvellous sandy beaches. The surrounding countryside is a mix of fields and meadows, with small groups of houses along the narrow roads. Shopping possibilities and restaurants can be found in Conil.
Outside: the 400 sqm plot is completely fenced in by a wall, providing complete privacy for the holiday guests. The small swimming pool (7x3,5m) is exposed to the sun, whilst a part of the garden is shaded by a mature mullberry tree. There is a furnished porch, a brick made barbecue and 4 sunbeds at your disposal. Parking for 1 car on the estate. More cars can be parked safely in the dead end track.
Inside: Originally furnished in the typical Spanish "estilo provenzal" with varnished wooden , the new owner of the property has brightened up the decoration with friendly colours and lovely accessories. Living room with 2 small sofas and easy chair, wood burning stove and dining area, flat screen TV with satellite (ASTRA). The spacious kitchen is separate and has a breakfast corner, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave oven. Two twin bedroom and a double bedroom with french size bed (135cm), all of them with inbuilt wardrobes. Bathroom with shower.
