Modern high standard villa located in the exclusive residential area of Roche, right next to the marvelous sandy coves of Calas de Roche.
Outside: The garden is completely fenced in by walls and fences, covered by shrubs and smaller trees. The 8x4mp pool is in front of a nice shaded terrace with a comfortable set of cushioned furniture. There is a wind protected porch, furnished with a table for 4 and decorated with flower pots.
Inside: The villa is flooded with light, thanks to french doors and large windows opening to the pool area or to the atrium. Furnishing is modern and comfortable. Living room with a big sofa and two arm chairs, flat screen TV (mainly Spanish and German channels, with some English news channels over Astra), fireplace and air condition. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven and dishwasher. 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are on the ground floor, whilst on the 1st floor are a double and a twin bedroom, the master bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. All bedrooms have large, built-in wardrobes.
