The villa La Gitanilla was originally designed and built for the owner's personal use. It therefore offers a better standard than other holiday villas.

Outside: The garden is framed by flowerbeds, with many flowers, shrubs and climbers blossoming delightfully in all colours throughout the year. The pool is L-shaped with a large, 80 cm shallow end.

There are 4 sunbeds and a brick barbecue with sink. Automatic gate, parking for 2 cars.

Inside: The villa is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The interior illumination is worth a mention: Lamps on the ceiling, walls, tables and even a reading lamp provide the living room with ample lighting options. In the kitchen, 4 spotlights spread their light evenly on the working areas. The high ceiling keeps inside temperatures pleasant even in the summer months and a fireplace with a hot air ventilation system provides good heating during the colder evenings between October and May.
Living room with 2 sofas, diner next to the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with pleasant dishes and quality cooking utensils. There is sufficient storage space in the large cupboard. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other twin, both with built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower.

Surroundings: Set in a rural and quiet landscape between Fuente del Gallo and Roche Viejo, the estate is surrounded on 3 sides by walls covered with green, blossoming climbers and flowers, giving intimacy. At the rear, you have extensive views over the open landscape and the cove of Puntalejos. 5 minutes ride by car or a 15 minutes walk on a small, paved road takes you to the sandy beaches of Puntalejos and Fuente del Gallo. The nearest shop is in Camping Fuente del Gallo (900m).

Perfect holiday villa

We stayed for 4 weeks during January/February 2019 and were very happy with the villa. It was completely enclosed which was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed the walks down to the nearby picturesque coves and into Conil. We were pleased that we had arranged for logs for the woodburner as it was cool in the evenings and it soon warmed the rooms. We were disappointed that the TV satellite does not receive any English channels as we do not speak Spanish or German. The only problem that we encountered was the automatic front gate was faulty which meant that our dog had to be kept on a lead when we could not close it. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return again soon.

Super Lage, tolles Haus

Das Haus ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Man kann hier wirklich einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. 4* nur weil die Matratzen sind ziemlich alt, man spürt die Federn... Für den Preis sollten die Besitzer 3 neue Matratzen kaufen, die kosten heutzutage echt nicht viel... WLAN kann man kaum benutzen, seeehr schlechter Internet Empfang. In der Küche wären ein paar Gläser und Tassen (in normaler Größe) mehr super! Nichtsdestotrotz ist das Haus super, wir waren schon 2-Mal hier. Vor 2 Jahren waren die Matratzen noch ok...

Schönes Haus in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung. Gute Ausstattung.
Das Casa Andalusa- Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr gut betreut. Weiter so. Die App mit den Urlaubsdaten macht schon vorher Lust auf Urlaub.

Espectacular, la casa y su limpieza y mantenimiento llama la atencion
La casa esta situada muy bien, a las afueras de forma que es una zona muy tranquila, pero pero no demasiado lejos del pueblo. La casa estaba como nueva. El servicio que nos dio jan fue maravilloso, muy atento Y servicial poniendo facilidades para todo desde la reserva hasta el pago la salida... no puedo decir nada malo de este alquiler!

Tolles Haus - Toller Pool - Toller Garten
Kühlschrank könnte modernisiert werden. Ein Sonnenschirm hat gefehlt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub als Familie verbracht.

Totally awesome!
La Gitanilla was perfect for us (family of 4 with kids 12 and 14). Getting the keys from Casa Andaluza in Conil was a bit problematic as we turned in circles in an unknown town trying to find parking but eventually parked in a delivery zone with the 4 flashers on right in front of the business and from there, I simply walked-in, Jan immediately gave me the keys and walked-out within 30 seconds. So that was perfect. Arriving at the house, we all went "whhoaaaaooo!!". Total awesomeness. The pool was awesome and very warm (high 80'sC), the place was squeaky clean and the overall location was ideal and close to everything. The property is very private because it is surrounded on 3 sides by a tall wall and the side facing south has a standard fence giving on a field and you can see a glimpse of the ocean. House itself is super secure as all windows are equiped with metal bars. To our surprise, each window was equiped with bug screens making it perfect for sleeping at night. Property has banana, olive and lemon trees. On a few occasions, I communicated with Jan for various reasons and he responded promplty. There was an issue with the refregirator upon arrival so I contacted Jan by email and within less than an hour, the owners arrived and resolved the issue on the spot then all was fine. The only down side is that the water is not potable therefore a few jugs of water should always be present. There is a supermarket (Dia?) 5 minutes away which opens late but closes early on Sunday. Also, the internet connection was horrible but we were on holidays so internet was just for quick access to emails (but still horrible). Perhaps a way to turn-off the outside lamp posts would also be a plus to make it darker at night for sleeping with the windows and sunshades fully opened. One recommendation I have is that the activities guide in the house should perhaps have an english or french section because we don't understand german and very little spanish. Conil De La Frontera is 5 minutes away and perfect for nightlife and restaurants. Fuente Del Gallo beach is really nice and only 1km away with plenty of free parking. One thing that struck us is the fact that the beach was super secure because it is all families with kids, no suspicious people and we left our stuff unattended on the beach while swimming, just like everybody else was doing. Overall, I would more than definitely recommend this place to anyone and we would go back there in a heartbeat. Its been three weeks and we are still talking about it!
