Villa Lara 2 is a well equipped holiday villa, set in an idyllic landscape shaped by fields and meadows between Fuente del Gallo and Roche Viejo.
Inside: Villa Lara 2 gives you an immediate homely feeling. Furnished and equipped to high standards and very comfortable. The entrance area is a closed atrium with built in flower beds, opening into the country style kitchen with dining area on one side (fittings made of dark wood) and to the staircase on the other. The lounge is furnished with 2 sofas and opens towards the kitchen. Thanks to two terrace doors, the living area is light, while wood panelled ceilings supported by beams provide a rustic flair. On the ground floor is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with jacuzzi. On the first floor you'll find a cosy lounge with wood panelled walls, sofa, TV and stereo. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin and a shower room with jacuzzi shower. Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms. From the terrace on the upper floor you have a wide view over the landscape and the sea.
Outside: The villa is
surrounded by a small garden with flower beds and blossoming
bushes. There is a large terrace at the front with garden furniture
and barbecue. At the rear is the small pool (approx. 5,5 x 4m) with
a strip of lawn around to sunbathe.
A combined air conditioning and powerful hot air heating system ensures pleasant temperatures in summer and winter.
Surroundings: A narrow tarmac road leads through the backlands to the sandy cove of Puntalejos (1,5km) or Fuente del Gallo (2km), passing on its way Camping Fuente del Gallo, where you'll find the closest shop. Also Conil (3km) is in easy reach if you choose to use a bicycle during your holiday.
We recommend Villa Lara 2 for groups of two families travelling together or families with teenage children. This is because of the generous space and distribution, which makes it possible to gather the whole group together or be independent. Please note that the pool is at the rear and not visible from the terrace or living area (if you travel with small children).
