El Patio is the largest holiday apartment of Finca San Ambrosio, with capacity for 7, which can be extended to 8 people.
The Patio Apartment is an ideal accommodation for large families or groups of friends. With 240sqm it occupies the the ground floor of the main building of Finca San Ambrosio. The living room is 60sqm and furnished with wicker seats and tables, CD and satellite-TV (ASTRA). On colder evenings, you can heat the wood burning stove (wood available at the finca).
A french door opens to the large, furnished south terrace. The dining area is seperated from the living room by arches. From there you have access to a large kitchen equipped for professional use: 6-fire gas hob, large electric oven, dishwasher, 2nd fridge and an 1st class crockery.
The dormitories are on the other side of the apartment: master bedroom with entreé and bathroom with bath en-suite. 2 more large bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom, provided with a shower suitable for disabled. There is also a seperate WC. All dormitories have twin beds (90x200 cm).
The floors are covered with terracotta, marble and granite, with traditional patterns. All rooms have central heating.

FINCA SAN AMBROSIO
Built in traditional Andalusian style, the finca is a retreat of tranquility and relax, and at the same time an ideal base for a active holiday.
The accommodations are 3 spacious apartments (110,130 and 240 sqm), sleep 4-7 people in the main building, and 2 2-storey cottages with 2 45 sqm apartments, sleep 2-3 people each. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens with electric oven and dishwasher, large, funished terraces, sunbeds. The beds are 90x200cm with high quality mattrasses.
The estate is formed by a 11,000sqm park with precious old trees and a orange grove and the comfortable, tastefully furnished accommodations. There is a generous, relaxed atmosphere, inmidst of a romantic, lush garden with flowers throughout the year: orange trees, pomgranates, quinces, figs, lemons, olives, grapes - and one of the last mulberry trees of the area, turn the garden into a perfumed green oasis.
The pool ( 12 x 6 m), is framed by laurel, pomgranate, bougainvillea, jasmin and plumbago, is protected from the wind by a high wall and is equipped with sun loungers under the wooden pergola. There is a 60sqm terrace with pergola overlooking the pool, catching the first sun rays in the morning, and the last ones in the evening - and with a unspoilt view to the sparkling stars at night.
The barbecue area has a brick made barbecue and a picknick place in the shadow of the trees.
Set in an idyllic landscape of rolling hills and the pine forest of the natural park La Breña, the marvellous, sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz are only a few kilometres away. Only 200m away is a half hidden, well conserved ruin from early christianism, the Ermita de San Ambrosio. A few minutes drive takes you to the romantic small town Vejer de la Frontera, declared world cultural heritage by the UNESCO.

Weekly rental price includes exit cleaning, linen & towels, costs for central heating in winter, wifi (only email and surf on the web, no downloads). If you stay for less than 7 days, there is a cleaning suplement of 100€.
If you stay more than 10 days, there is a weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels.
Short breaks (< 7 days rental) have a cleaning supplement of 100€.
