La Luna Blanca is a comfortable, attractive and modern holiday villa in the area of the legendary Cape Trafalgar.
Outside: The pretty garden is
relatively small, but mature with lawn, shrubs and a pretty palm
tree. Dense hedges protect from the wind and prying eyes on
all sides. An outside staircase leads to the furnished roof
terrace, partially covered with a sun roof and offering wide
views over the landscape: the hamlet of Zahora, the natural park
"La Breña", the lighthouse and the ocean.
On the roof terrace is a studio room with glass walls on 2 sides, with bamboo sitting furniture. On top of this attic room is another terrace with stunning panoramic views.
The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away or 3 minutes by car. The long, unspoilt sandy beach, known as Cala Isabel, leads along a unique dune landscape to Cape Trafalgar 2km away.

Inside: The house has a cosy flair and is comfortably furnished. The former porch has been transformed into a conservatory which is used as a dining room. The americna style kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It is separated by a bar from the living room with sofas and two easy chairs, open fire, TV and CD-Stereo. There are 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed and a bathroom.
Surroundings: Set with two other villas on a private track, with gates at both ends, it is surrounded by an unspoilt landscape consisting of meadows and open land with groups of holiday villas in between. The beach is a 15 minutes walk away if you take a shortcut from the rear gate, and there are 2 restaurants in walking distance.
Amplification for up to 6 people: There is a small apartment (livingroom with kitchenette, double bedroom, small bathroom with shower) which can be rented in additon to the villa for a moderate price.

Prices are set for occupancy of 4, with a 10% discount for small parties (max.2) in low and mid season.
30% increment when the guest house is used (occupation of 5 or 6 guests total).
Compulsory charges: 70€ final cleaning + 7€ per person for linen and towels. If guest house is used: cleaning charge +35€.
Pets allowed (30€ surcharge).
